We ship our flowers on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays to make sure that they arrive at your door as fresh as possible for delivery on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays*. If you’ve got a weekend event, we recommend ordering your flowers to be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday – that will give them the perfect amount of time to hydrate and begin opening so that by the time the weekend rolls around they are looking their best!

All of our flowers are shipped FedEx priority overnight, straight from our partners all over the world. That means they’ll arrive at your door, freshly cut, and ready for you to work your magic!   • Roses arrive boxed and unarranged, with no signature required, so plan to have someone there to unpack and hydrate them right away.

Care and Processing Instructions

  1. Unbox your roses as soon as they arrive. Leave the protective cardboard or paper sleeve on for the first hydration; it supports the heads while the stems drink.
  2. Fill a clean bucket or vase with a few inches of water.
  3. Strip any foliage that would sit below the water line.
  4. Cut about 1 inch off each stem at an angle with floral shears or a sharp knife.
  5. Place the stems in water indoors, in a cool spot away from heaters, air conditioning drafts, and direct sunlight.
  6. Let the roses hydrate for 6–24 hours before removing the sleeve.
  7. Once unwrapped, gently peel away the outer guard petals. They're thicker than the rest and often show some green or brown near the base. This is normal and protects the bloom in transit.
  8. Allow 2–3 days for the blooms to open. A warmer room speeds opening; a cooler one slows it down.

Succulents are surprisingly easy and fun to care for and propogate!

Your succulents will arrive in a floral box, wrapped with protective paper or bubble wrap.

For use as a rooted plant:

  • If you would like for your succulents to root, once removed from the box, place your succulents directly on any natural surface, such as soil, rocks, wood, moss, or just about anything else!
  • Next, give them a few spritzes of water from a spray bottle 2-3 times per week.
  • Within about a week or so, you will start to see roots beginning to poke out of the bottom of the succulent
  • Take a moment and congratulate yourself on becoming an official succulent grower!

If you are using your succulents in a floral design or bouquet, we recommend the pick method:

  • Turn your succulent upside down so that you can see the round base at the bottom
  • Take a sharp pointed pick like a bamboo skewer (or even a toothpick for smaller succulents) and line it up with the circular base at the bottom of the succulent
  • Applying some pressure, start twisting the pick into the base of the succulent so that you pierce the bottom and insert the pick firmly into the base of the succulent
  • Now that you've got your "succulent in a stick", you can insert it into any bouquet or floral design for a gorgeous desert chic look
