Shipping policy

 

Shipping is included on every order. The price on the product page is the price you pay — no freight charge appears at checkout, and there's no minimum order to qualify.

This covers our standard FedEx Priority Overnight service to the delivery dates listed below. If you need flowers on a day we don't normally ship for, or a service level faster than priority overnight, contact us before you order and we'll quote it for you.

Shipping is included in the product price rather than added separately, so orders that are cancelled or refunded are handled under our refund policy — there's no separate shipping charge to refund.

We ship our flowers on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays to make sure that they arrive at your door as fresh as possible for delivery on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. If you’ve got a weekend event, we recommend ordering your flowers to be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday – that will give them the perfect amount of time to hydrate and begin opening so that by the time the weekend rolls around they are looking their best!

All of our flowers are shipped FedEx priority overnight, straight from our partners all over the world. That means they’ll arrive at your door, freshly cut, and ready for you to work your magic! Deliveries should arrive on the scheduled delivery date before 12PM, but time can vary based on factors such as your delivery zone or the weather. All deliveries are marked as “no signature required” so no one is required to accept delivery, but we do recommend bringing your flowers in, trimming the stems, and placing them in fresh water as soon after delivery as possible.
