Mixed Eucalyptus Box

Mixed Eucalyptus Box is fresh-cut eucalyptus foliage, sold in 20-bunch boxes. This is a farmer's-choice box across the eucalyptus range rather than one variety, so expect a spread of leaf shapes and silver-to-green tones. At $18 a bunch it is the cheapest way into eucalyptus and the right call when you need volume and texture rather than one specific leaf. Eucalyptus is the hardest-working green in the cooler: it carries scent, it fills space cheaply, and it holds 14 to 21 days — longer than almost any flower you would pair it with. It also dries in place rather than collapsing, so an arrangement keeps its shape as it ages and a client can hang the leftovers. PetalDriven ships greenery farm-direct and overnight anywhere in the US with free shipping, unarranged and ready to process, at wholesale prices with no tax ID required.

Shipping Info

  • Free US shipping on every order.
  • Ships FedEx Priority Overnight for next-day delivery.
  • Pick your delivery date on the calendar when you add eucalyptus to your cart. The calendar shows the next available date.
  • Delivery is available Tuesday through Friday. We recommend Tuesday–Thursday, since a Friday arrival leaves no working day to sort out a problem before a weekend event.
  • Eucalyptus needs no opening time. Schedule delivery 1–3 days before your event — and because it holds two to three weeks, it is the one item you can safely bring in early and process ahead of the flowers.
  • Greenery arrives boxed and unarranged, with no signature required. It travels better than anything else we ship.

Care and Processing Instructions

  1. Unbox as soon as it arrives. Eucalyptus is tough, but it ships dry-packed and wants water quickly.
  2. Strip every leaf that would sit below the water line. Submerged eucalyptus foliage rots fast and fouls the water for everything sharing the bucket.
  3. Split the woody stems. Recut on a sharp diagonal, taking an inch off, then split the bottom inch of the stem up the middle with your knife. Eucalyptus stems are woody and a flat cut alone doesn't let them drink properly.
  4. Stand the stems in lukewarm water with flower food. Lukewarm, not cold — woody stems take up warm water far faster.
  5. If the leaf tips look soft on arrival, leave the stems in deep water for a few hours before you do anything else. They draw back up.
  6. Never let eucalyptus freeze. It tolerates cold storage down to around 38°F but freezing destroys the foliage outright.
  7. Change the water and recut every 2 to 3 days.
  8. One professional note: water-stressed eucalyptus releases ethylene, and ethylene shortens the life of sensitive flowers stored beside it. Keep eucalyptus properly hydrated in the cooler and it's a non-issue — but don't leave dry-packed bunches sitting next to your carnations or freesia.
  9. To dry it, hang a bunch upside down somewhere dark and airy. Eucalyptus dries in place and holds its shape, so arrangements age gracefully rather than collapsing.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Every greenery order is backed by PetalDriven's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your eucalyptus arrives damaged or in poor condition, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number, and we'll make it right with a refund or exchange.

Soft or slightly limp leaf tips straight out of the box are normal and are not a defect. Eucalyptus ships dry-packed; give it a few hours in deep lukewarm water before sending photos, and it will firm back up.

Email info@petaldriven.com or call 1-888-738-2529. To qualify, get your stems into water as soon as they arrive and follow the care instructions above. Claims submitted without photos or after the 48-hour window can't be accepted, and natural variation in stem length, leaf size or colour isn't considered damage. See our full refund policy.

Your flowers will arrive in a floral box, wrapped up in a protective paper or plastic sleeve. Once you open the box:

  • First unwrap the flowers and give them some room to breathe. They’ve just made a long trip so don’t worry if they look like they’re a little sleepy- just think of how you would feel after getting off an international flight!
  • Have a bucket or vase with a few inches of water ready, and remove any foliage on the stems that might fall below the water line.
  • The next step is to cut the stems with floral shears or a sharp knife about 1 inch from the bottoms. It’s always best to cut them at an angle, so that the flowers have even more space to drink from- water is their best friend!
  • Then, simply place them in the water, and keep them indoors in a cool, dry place away from any heaters, air conditioning drafts, or direct sunlight and you’re ready to go!
  • We recommend allowing the flowers to hydrate for at least 4-6 hours before starting to work with them, but the more time the better.
  • Typically we recommend that our customers have their flowers arrive a few days prior to their event in order to give them the opportunity to hydrate and start to open so they can look perfect for showtime!

Your roses will arrive in a floral box, wrapped up in a protective cardboard or paper sleeve. Once you open the box:

  • For roses, we recommend keeping them in their cardboard during the first phase of hydration.
  • We recommend allowing the flowers to hydrate for at least 6-24 hours before removing the cardboard to work with them, but the more time the better.
  • Once they are removed from the packaging, gently remove any excess foliage, and begin to carefully peel off the outer "guard" petals of the roses, which can be identified by a thicker petal and possibly some green color toward the base of the petal.
  • Typically we recommend that our customers have their flowers arrive a few days prior to their event in order to give them the opportunity to hydrate and start to open so they can look perfect for showtime!

Succulents are surprisingly easy and fun to care for and propogate!

Your succulents will arrive in a floral box, wrapped with protective paper or bubble wrap.

For use as a rooted plant:

  • If you would like for your succulents to root, once removed from the box, place your succulents directly on any natural surface, such as soil, rocks, wood, moss, or just about anything else!
  • Next, give them a few spritzes of water from a spray bottle 2-3 times per week.
  • Within about a week or so, you will start to see roots beginning to poke out of the bottom of the succulent
  • Take a moment and congratulate yourself on becoming an official succulent grower!

If you are using your succulents in a floral design or bouquet, we recommend the pick method:

  • Turn your succulent upside down so that you can see the round base at the bottom
  • Take a sharp pointed pick like a bamboo skewer (or even a toothpick for smaller succulents) and line it up with the circular base at the bottom of the succulent
  • Applying some pressure, start twisting the pick into the base of the succulent so that you pierce the bottom and insert the pick firmly into the base of the succulent
  • Now that you've got your "succulent in a stick", you can insert it into any bouquet or floral design for a gorgeous desert chic look

Your greens will arrive in a floral box, and may be wrapped up in a protective paper or plastic sleeve. Once you open the box:

  • First unwrap the greens and give them some room to breathe.
It’s always best to cut them at an angle, so that the greens have even more space to drink from- water is their best friend!
  • Then, simply place them in the water, and keep them indoors in a cool, dry place away from any heaters, air conditioning drafts, or direct sunlight and you’re ready to go! We recommend allowing the greens to hydrate for at least 4-6 hours before starting to work with them, but the more time the better.
  • We typically recommend ordering your greens to arrive 2-3 days before your event, although since greens typically have a longer shelf life than flowers (7-14 days), you can also order them to be delivered earlier with no worries.

Your Dried Flowers will arrive ready to use. Please note that dried flowers can be extremely delicate and it is completely normal for some shedding to occur during shipment. Upon receiving your flowers please:

  • Do not place in water.
  • Handle with care.
  • Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and away from moisture.
